Wishbox unveils rebrand and product launch

Wishbox unveils rebrand to Duve and announces product launch

Duve

Israel: Guest management system Wishbox has revealed a new name Duve, logo and website, as well as a product release.

The widespread tech adoption by hotels as a result of the pandemic has enabled Wishbox to grow as a company. The rebrand has come in response to this, with the main changes being a new company name, Duve, and an upgraded company logo and website.

Duve offers online check-ins, a guest app, mobile keys, itinerary experiences, personalised automated messages, and more. Added features include guest profile segmentation, allowing hotels to send messages via WhatsApp, SMS and email based on smart segments.

A newly created reseller program also targets large agencies and integrators to help grow the channel.

In recent months, Duve has grown to work with 150 new hotels worldwide. In Israel, demand for contactless and digital experiences has led to Duve partnering with 25 per cent of the hotel market.

David Mezuman, CEO, said: “Hotels are opening with a different state of mind, they have been more open about technology adoption and are enjoying the results. Urban hotels were surprised to discover how easily they were able to sell out on services and activities. In addition, the hotels we work with were able to reduce waiting time at reception during peak hours from 20 minutes to three minutes and completely transform the arrival experience.”

Mezuman added: “It’s a major milestone for the company, as tech adoption accelerates and presents a unique opportunity for the Duve brand to become synonymous with the technology powering digital engagement for hotels. Our new brand and evolving positioning perfectly illustrates our product as a people-centric platform, based on the voice and expertise of hoteliers allowing them to embed digital solutions without compromising the quality experience given by the hotel.”

Duve operates in over 60 countries and integrates with over 70 property and content management systems, translating into 13 languages.
