Germany: Property management system Guestline has launched an AI-powered revenue management system (RMS).

The new RMS is powered by SHR, a provider of automated technology solutions for the hospitality industry, recently acquired by The Access Group.

Fully integrated into Guestline’s PMS, the new system aims to provide hoteliers with real-time forecasting and automated pricing calculations. Utilising real-time data, the system applies advanced AI to refine revenue strategies, improve pricing precision, and streamline operations.

The AI-driven RMS is designed to continuously monitor demand patterns, availability, and market trends to adjust pricing dynamically. This ensures that hotels can capitalise on revenue opportunities while minimising operational workload.

Andrew Metcalfe, product and engineering director at Access Hospitality, said: “Integrating a comprehensive AI-powered revenue management system into our Guestline platform will help hoteliers automate time-consuming rate management and revenue processes.

The Guestline RMS is now available alongside other third-party revenue management solutions.
