US: Cloud-based financial platform and services company M3 has introduced M3 Labor, a mobile application to monitor hospitality workforce.
M3 Labor offers all current and future Labor Management customers instant access to M3’s new cloud-based reporting system. The app is designed to help hoteliers monitor employee hours via dashboards on their mobile device.
Metrics include hours worked, missed time punches, shift schedules and more. Employees can also view working schedules and timesheets.
The app can be used in conjunction with M3’s business intelligence solution, Insight, which collects and reports data from accounting, labour management, operating statistics, and guest satisfaction surveys.
Customers of Labor Management can download and access the app on iOS and Android devices. The Labor Management solution is currently used by over 27,000 employees woking across 1000 hotels in North America.
