UK: Sky Business, the B2B division of media and entertainment company Sky, has partnered with WiFi provider Wireless Social, part of The Access Group, to offer connectivity for hospitality, retail, and leisure venues across the UK.
Wireless Social customers will now gain access to Sky Business’s network capabilities and hardware, while Sky Business customers can integrate Wireless Social’s WiFi portal and data analytics platform.
The partnership will enable operators to understand guest behaviour and use these insights to inform personalised marketing campaigns and drive customer loyalty.
