US: Opening 1 June, YOTEL will launch the brand’s first combined YOTEL and YOTELPAD in Miami.
The hotel component of YOTEL Miami features 222 rooms ranging across king, queen and twin categories. All rooms come with a convertible SmartBed, open concept bathrooms, and mood lighting and mobile casting controls.
YOTELPAD, the apartment component of the building, features 231 pads which can be reserved from one night to monthly stays. Rooms range from studio to one and two bedrooms, and come with full kitchens and appliances, washer and dryer, living room, a custom Murphy bed, and a balcony.
Situated on the ground floor of YOTEL Miami is Middle-Eastern restaurant Mazeh. On the twelfth floor is the property’s pool and second restaurant Float. A grab-and-go service on the first floor will offer snacks and pre-packaged meals.

YOTEL and YOTELPAD Miami has been developed as a joint venture between Aria Development Group and Aqarat.
