France: Ultra-luxury developer and operator Kerzner will open its first resort in the French Alps in 2030, located within Courchevel 1850.
The resort will sit on the site of the former Courcheneige Hotel, which will be transformed and reimagined under the One&Only brand.
Positioned at the summit of the exclusive Jardin Alpin, it will feature guest rooms and suites as well as a limited collection of private homes.
Amenities are set to include restaurants, bars and lounges, alongside a spa with an indoor/outdoor wet circuit, thermal experiences, private treatment spaces, beauty and recovery facilities, and dedicated areas for movement.
The resort will also offer direct ski-in/ski-out access to the Bellecôte slope and Les Trois Vallées.
