Evok Collection expands Nolinski brand with French Alps acquisition

France: Zaka Investments, the asset manager and developer of Evok Collection, has acquired the former Hôtel La Savoyarde, which it will rebrand as Nolinski Val d’Isère.

Le Coadic & Scotto has been appointed as the project’s architecture firm, which has previously collaborated with Evok Collection on several projects such as Cour des Vosges in Paris and Nolinski Venezia.

Nolinski Val d’Isère will feature 45 rooms and suites across six floors, including rooms with balconies and connecting rooms for families. Guests will also have access to a restaurant and bar, a spa with an indoor swimming pool and a dedicated kids’ club.

The rebranded hotel is scheduled to open in December 2029.

The expansion into the French Alps follows other Nolinski hotels located in Paris, Venice and Saint-Tropez.
