Greece: Wyndham has opened its latest branded residence property – Wyndham Residences Piraeus Marina Zeas.
Set along the seafront of Marina Zeas, described as one of the most prominent waterfront locations in the Attica region, the property strengthens Wyndham’s presence in Greece while tapping into the growing appeal of Piraeus as both a gateway to the Greek islands and an emerging destination in its own right.
Welcoming more than 20 million passengers annually, the Port of Piraeus is the largest in Europe and one of the busiest globally, underscoring its role as a critical hub for island hopping itineraries. As passenger traffic continues to grow, the city is seeing increasing demand for high quality accommodation that caters to travellers before and after island stays.
Wyndham Residences Piraeus Marina Zeas is the first internationally branded serviced apartment offering in the city. Spanning two adjacent eight-storey buildings, the development features 72 suites and residences, including 28 with sea and marina views. Designed for both short and extended stays, Wyndham says the project reflects the rapid growth of branded residences — a segment combining the comfort of residential living with the service standards of a global hospitality brand.
Accommodation ranges from guest rooms and suites to fully equipped apartments with kitchenettes and living areas. Premium options include a sea-view suite with a private plunge pool, terrace and panoramic views across Marina Zeas and the Aegean Sea. Guests also benefit from a range of amenities including a fitness centre, meeting room and personalised services such as transfers, wellness treatments and concierge support.
Representing an investment of more than €25 million by DKG Development, Wyndham Residences Piraeus Marina Zeas has been designed by architect Jean-Pierre Heim in collaboration with Bletsas Architectural Studio.
The project forms part of a broader non-exclusive agreement between Wyndham Hotels & Resorts and DKG Development to develop 12 hotels across Greece.
