Brazil: Fashion brand ELLE has signed two projects in São Paulo, Brazil, marking the debut of its branded residences in South America.
Developed in partnership with Meira Mattos and created by The One Atelier and ARQUINAUT, the two projects are signed under a licensing agreement with Lagardère News, owner of the ELLE brand.
Both Casa ELLE in Brooklin and ELLE Collection in Boa Vista will feature wellness studios, rooftop lounges and coworking spaces.

ELLE first revealed its foray into hospitality in 2022 with two boutique hotels in France and Mexico. The brand’s first residential tower launched in Miami before expanding to Dubai.
