UK: The 82 MSK Hotel in London’s Marylebone neighbourhood has been brought to market by real estate advisor Savills, with a guide price of £12.5 million.

The property is located within the City of Westminster, near the Baker Street Underground station and Marylebone Station.

It offers 23 guest rooms, a reception area, office space and a breakfast room.

The hotel is being offered with vacant possession and does not have any existing brand or management agreements in place. Savills noted that there may be opportunities to increase the number of guest rooms within the existing building in the future, subject to planning approval.

Josh O’Rourke, director of hotel capital markets at Savills, said the sale presents “a rare opportunity to acquire a freehold hotel in the heart of Marylebone.” He added that the area continues to attract a mix of business, leisure and group travellers.
