UAE: Opening Q4 2022, The Lana hotel in Dubai will be the region’s first Dorchester Collection property and the tenth worldwide.
The three-story tower, designed by Foster + Partners, will feature 225 rooms and suites with interiors by Gilles and Boissier.
Amenities include an indoor-outdoor social lobby space, a pastry counter and secluded garden lounge, a Mediterranean restaurant and Italian cafe, a signature restaurant and lounge, a spa, wellness centre and gym, as well as a rooftop pool and bar.
The Lana has been developed in partnership with real estate group OMNIYAT.

Dorchester Collection will also manage an adjacent 39 residences. In addition, the brand manages 94 apartments at OMNIYAT’s One at Palm Jumeirah, where guests of The Lana can access the property’s Beach Club via a boat ride.

The hotel’s general manager Caroline-Jane Houston joined Dorchester Collection from Dubai-based Emaar Hospitality Group.
