UK: Occupying 15 Old Bailey in London city centre, the upcoming Hyde hotel is scheduled to open in 2023 and marks the sixth property in the portfolio.
Boscalt, a member of Edmond de Rothschild Private Equity, purchased the building earlier this year through the joint venture OB Capital with Alex Shamash.
OakNorth Bank later granted a £34.4 million loan to restore the 19th century building and convert its current use as offices into a luxury hotel.
Hyde Hotels has confirmed that the transformation will deliver a seven-storey, 110-bedroom hotel with two full-service restaurants, a speakeasy bar and meeting spaces.
Part of Ennismore, Hyde Hotels, Resorts & Residences currently has venues in Miami, Hollywood, and Dubai.
