France: Owner, operator and developer Katara Hospitality has entered a partnership with Accor to launch the Maison Delano brand in Paris next year.
Maison Delano Paris will be located in the 8th Arrondissement at 4 Rue d’Anjou. It will feature 56 rooms and suites along with a restaurant by chef Dani Garcia and bar.
Katara and Accor will spend the next year renovating the property. Plans include developing the food and beverage concept around a central courtyard.

Accor recently introduced a dedicated lifestyle division with Ennismore, owner of The Hoxton and Gleneagles brands. This new entity will bring together several brands, including Faena with whom Accor partnered with in January 2021.
Accor bought a 50 per cent stake in sbe in 2018. In November 2020, Accor acquired full ownership sbe’s Delano, Mondrian, SLS and Hyde hotel brands.
Katara Hospitality is a global hotel owner, developer and operator, based in Qatar. Its portfolio comprises 42 owned and/or managed hotels with the company now focused on achieving its target of 60 hotels by 2030.
Katara Hospitality operates hotels through its standalone operating arm, Bürgenstock Selection and Murwab Hotel Group.
