UK: Global Award for Growing Businesses Online awarded to DHM owners
Google’s Global Award for Growing Businesses Online has been awarded to the owners of Direct Hotel Marketing (DHM).
DHM is a marketing agency for independent hotels in Norwich. It was founded by CEO Adam Hamadache. Hamadache’s aim was to help independent hotels obtain more direct business.
In 2016, Direct Hotel Marketing partnered with the Fountain Partnership, a marketing agency also based in Norwich. Their goal is to help independent hoteliers achieve higher percentages of direct bookings, allowing hoteliers to pay less to booking agents. Fountain’s marketing approach minimises risk for clients. By collaborating with DHM, they have brought this approach to the UK’s independent hotel market.
Since receiving Google’s award and mark of approval, DHM has experienced an increase in demand for this type of service in the UK and the US. It is planning to expand its team to keep up with this demand.
