Singapore: MYPOSHPAD is an all-inclusive coliving luxury boutique experience, and the portfolio includes The Vagabond Club, Duxton Reserve, Maxwell Reserve and Serangoon House.
The Vagabond Club is a luxury boutique hotel in Singapore’s central heritage district. It’s home to The Whiskey Library bar and Chinese restaurant Yellow Pot Little India.
Duxton Reserve is housed in a row of colonial-era shophouses in the heart of Chinatown. Food and beverage options include Anouska’s bar and Chinese restaurant Yellow Pot Tanjong Pagar.
Maxwell Reserve and Serangoon House are set to open by the last quarter of 2021 and the first quarter of 2022 respectively. These properties will independently feature an Indian restaurant Shikar, as well as Cook & Tras Brasserie, Max’s Rooftop Bar, Garcha’s Polo Bar and Pink Bar.
Each property has been designed by Jacques Garcia with interiors by Anouska Hempel.
Members of MYPOSHPAD will have access to five-star rooms and suites, daily breakfast, laundry and housekeeping services, a 24/7 concierge and discount across the group’s 10 dining spots.
There will also be exclusive social events including weekly talks and social hours with complimentary cocktails at Anouska’s Bar, access to private alcohol lockers at The Whiskey Library, and movies on Saturdays at The Vagabond Club.
Additional facilitates include an outdoor rooftop swimming pool, a fully-equipped spa and gym, morning yoga sessions at Max’s Rooftop Bar, as well as the Cook & Tras library with over 3,000 books.
All residents will receive complimentary Marriott Bonvoy membership too, for use across Marriott’s collection of brands in 131 countries.
