US: Abe Liao, a longtime employee of Kimpton, will oversee the day-to-day operations of the 335-room hotel.
Liao has successfully led several Kimpton hotels through openings, renovations, transitions, and rebounding in various markets across the United States.
With 17 years of experience, Liao most recently held the position of general manager at the Kimpton Rowan Hotel in Palm Springs, overseeing the opening of the property.
Prior to this, he helped the Kimpton George Hotel in Washing D.C. achieve an all-time, record-high revenue performance.
As a former treasurer and board member of the Palm Springs Hospitality Association, Liao is excited too expand his local involvement with organisations such as the Dupont Circle BID and Hotel Association of Washington DC.
Kimpton Hotel Palomar Washing DC, located in Dupont Circle, has over 10,000 square feet of flexible meeting and event space, and is widely known for its signature Italian restaurant, Urbana.
