UK: Real estate developer and investor Omnam Group has appointed Maria Wojtowicz as head of creative, overseeing the group’s pipeline of luxury hotels, hospitality and branded residences.
Former associate lead designer at Azumi Group and design manager at Avroko, Wojtowicz brings over 12 years of international experience in delivering luxury hospitality interiors. Her portfolio of work ranges from hotels, private members’ clubs, restaurants, and mixed-use developments.
Notable projects include The Conrad Athens and the adjoining House of NYNN Members Club; the Serra Restaurant at The Chancery Rosewood London; and the Le Bar Américain at Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo.
In her new role, Wojtowicz will oversee Omnam’s creative direction, leading interior design across the group’s pipeline while collaborating with operators, architects and consultants. She joins the Omnam Design Studio, which launched earlier this year as an integrated arm of the development company.
