Tickets on sale for World Boutique Hotel Awards 2013 ceremony

UK: London ceremony to attract boutique hoteliers from around the world.

The World Boutique Hotel Awards Ltd has announced further details of its awards ceremony, which is being held at The Montcalm Hotel in London on November 28th.

The ceremony will bring together this year’s finalists and winners, a collection of the finest boutique hotels in the world, together with press and industry insiders.

The black tie event will include a champagne reception and dinner, followed by the announcement of category winners, regional winners, and the highest honour award of Best Boutique Hotel of the World.

Organisers say the award categories have been specially developed to recognise excellence across the range of competing boutique hotels that are, by character and design, so unique. New award categories have been introduced for 2013, including: Blissful Beach, City Explorer, Classic Elegance, Culinary Excellence, Inspired Design, Newcomer, Romantic Retreat, Sensuous Spa, and Sustainability.

Boutique Hotel News is a media partner for the awards will be presented on the night by high profile guest presenters, each with a wealth of expertise and experience in the boutique hotel sector and related industries.

This year’s guest presenters include Russell Kett, chairman of HVS London; Richard Hytner, worldwide deputy chairman of Saatchi and Saatchi; Nathalie Salas, founder of Perfect Boutique Hotel; Chantelle Nicholson, general manager of The Gilbert Scott; Julie Humphryes founding partner of Archer Humphryes Architects; Anne Blackburn, judge for the regional Visit England Tourism Awards, and Luke Perry, event director at the Independent Hotel Show.
