Ireland: Trinity Lodge, on South Frederick Street, in Dublin has been sold to the Unlisted Collection.
The property, which comprises three Georgian houses with 26 guest bedrooms, sold for more than its guide price of €7 million.
Loh Lik Peng‘s Unlisted Collection, which was founded in 2011, has seven boutique hotels and 20 restaurants across Singapore, Shanghai, London and Sydney.
Senior vice president at JLL Hotels & Hospitality Group, Dan O’Connor said: “The Trinity Lodge sale attracted numerous bids from both domestic and international hoteliers. In particular, the sale highlights a growing trend of Asian hotel investor interest in the Dublin hotel market and we are delighted to have been able to conclude this transaction with such a high profile group as Unlisted Collection.”
