UK: The luxury, Mayfair hotel The Athenaeum Hotel and Residences has named Edward Bracken as general manager.
Bracken brings more than 20 years of hospitality experience to the role, having worked with a number of London hotels including The Dixon, Lost Property St. Paul’s London, The Gore and Pelham Hotel.
Originally from Limerick, Bracken studied at the Shannon College of Hotel Management and today serves as a trustee and director of The London Irish Centre.
“I’m truly excited to be joining The Athenaeum Hotel and Residences,” said Bracken. “This is a hotel with deep character and history, and I look forward to working closely with the team to enhance the guest journey and create new stories for this celebrated Mayfair hotel.”
