Miiro names general manager for Templeton Garden hotel

UK: Nicola James has been appointed general manager of the luxury hotel Templeton Garden ahead of its opening in Earl’s Court, London, this year.

James brings nearly two decades of experience in London’s hotel scene to the role, joining Templeton Garden from Holmes Hotel, Marylebone, where she worked for two years as general manager.

Prior to this, she was deputy general manager at Covent Garden Hotel and Charlotte Street Hotel in Fitzrovia.

Templeton Garden, which is set to open in April 2025, is owned by the lifestyle hotel brand Miiro, an InterGlobe Enterprises company. The 156-room property features a café-meets-deli, a modern British restaurant, a cocktail bar, a garden and a gym.

A “Refresh Room” which includes changing rooms, showers and toiletries, is also available for guests to use prior to check-in and after check-out.

James said: “I am thrilled to be joining the Miiro team at a time of expansion forthe brand. What we have at Templeton Garden is an incredibly unique space inLondon. I am honoured to be here from the very beginning, to be building a passionate team and to be playing a part in shaping the property’s future.”

The hotel will be the newest addition to Miiro’s portfolio which includes LeGrand Hôtel Cayré (Paris), Borneta (Barcelona), and The Mansard (Gstaad).

Miiro Palais and Miiro Maria Theresia will open in Vienna later this year.
