UK: The four-star Hotel Indigo Coventry, operated by Castlebridge Hospitality, has appointed Madan Rathore as hotel manager and Hugo Correia as head chef.
Rathore joined the hotel in April and has more than 20 years of hospitality experience. Before this, he was a general manager at Ramada Encore by Wyndham Leicester and previously held senior operational roles with InterContinental Hotels Group and Holiday Inn Birmingham Airport.
In his new position, Rathore will oversee the day-to-day operations of the 101-room hotel.
Correia has returned to Hotel Indigo Coventry as head chef after previously working at the property as sous chef. Just recently he served as head chef at Weston Hall Hotel and has also held roles with Niche & Bespoke and Crowne Plaza Birmingham.
He will lead the kitchen team and oversee menu development, food and beverage operations, and staff training.

Hotel Indigo Coventry opened in January 2024 after a multi-million-pound development project. It is located in the Friargate district of Coventry and features the on-site restaurant Cogs Bar and Kitchen, a fitness centre, and meeting room.
