Expedia selected as preferred partner for IHG

Worldwide: Expedia Group has been named the official preferred redistribution partner of IHG Hotels & Resorts.  

The Optimised Distribution program by Expedia Group aims to eliminate the inefficient and expensive wholesale distribution market. The program resolves these challenges by creating a primary gateway solution for the hotelier and its B2B demand partners. It works to reduce costs, generate incremental revenue, and provide accurate content and rates to travellers.

IHG Hotels & Resorts is the latest hotel chain to partner with Expedia Group and join its Optimised Distribution program on a preferred basis. Expedia Group’s network helps to connect hotels with a range of third-party travel providers as well as tour operators and travel agents.
