Worldwide: Marketing and distribution platform Jetstream has integrated with travel technology company Amadeus to enable hoteliers market their properties across short-term rental sites.
Jetstream provides multi-channel management for hoteliers to market and distribute rooms across short-term rental sites such as Airbnb, VRBO, Hometogo and Holidu.
Partnering with Amadeus via a two-way API connection enables room bookings to be distributed as “Instant Book” across multiple channels. Bookings are then fed back into the hotel property management system (PMS).
Amadeus’ hotel customers will now be able to leverage Jetstream’s capabilities, including 24/7 guest relation agents with multilingual reservation support.
Emmanuel Lavoie, CEO at Jetstream, said: “We are delighted to announce this partnership with Amadeus. Our mission is to help hospitality companies operate more efficiently and cost effectively by offering best-in-class technology and service solutions. This two-way API is a great solution providing efficiency, channel distribution and marketing as well as fantastic customer service.”
Javier Campo, head of global partnerships for hospitality at Amadeus, said: “Partnering with Jetstream means our hotel partners can now reach more channels with growing user bases. The guests’ experience is enhanced as they have a simpler and faster shopping experience and greater options. As the industry continues to recover technology will be a critical component of improving operational efficiencies while opening new revenue opportunities and meeting guest expectations. The integration of Amadeus and Jetstream solutions is an ideal way for hotels to increase revenue without increasing costs.”
