Hotel voucher solution launches in Thailand

Thailand: Trip Affiliates Network and travel tech firm SEANET International have launched the TravelOne Voucher Program, enabling hotels to upsell services, packages, products and third party activities.

With the program, hotels can create vouchers, credit vouchers and multiple room booking passes which can be utilised across multiple hotels under a chain. The program integrates with hotel systems to automate the redemption of vouchers.

The aim is to allow hotels to focus on increasing direct bookings and customer loyalty by equipping them with the tools to create targeted vouchers or packages for sale.

Siripoj Arunanondchai, director of TravelOne Thailand and founder of SEANET International, said: “The launch of the TravelOne Voucher Program is very timely new service for our hotel clients who are looking for more dynamic yielding and packaging tools, broader access to alternative online sales channels and yet enjoy significant productivity gains by letting their customers redeem and book their preferred hotel rooms online.

“For our inaugural launch we have signed up over 50 local hotels, which includes the Sukosol Group, Santhiya Group, and SeaView Group. The adoption of a flexible voucher system enhances the ability of our hotel clients to create or design meaningful sales campaigns as hotels and their channel partners start to rebuild tourism across the region. We are excited to showcase the key tech competencies of TravelOne as an additional 100 hotel chains and hotels have expressed interest join the TravelOne ecosystem within Thailand and across the region.”

Trip Affiliates Network and SEANET first announced a partnership in November 2020, to develop and deliver a series of tech products across all front office, middle office and back office functions.
