Thailand/Indonesia: Thai hotel and property development company Dusit International has signed a management agreement with PT Komodo Property Management to operate Kaliwatu Residences, an exclusive new luxury retreat in Labuan Bajo, Indonesia.
The luxury residential development is set to open on the western tip of Flores Island, a 10-minute drive from Komodo International Airport and the town of Labuan Bajo, the main gateway to Komodo National Park.
Developed in phases, with full completion scheduled for Q2 2028, Kaliwatu Residences will feature 63 private villas with plunge pools, 194 contemporary apartments, and a clubhouse with a restaurant, bars, shops, a gym, a spa, and a rooftop swimming pool.
Designed with European-inspired architecture, each villa is uniquely shaped and oriented to blend into the surrounding landscape while offering panoramic sea views.
It marks Dusit’s first Dusit Collection-branded property in Indonesia. The company’s portfolio now spans 296 properties across 18 countries, including 57 operating under Dusit Hotels and Resorts and 239 luxury villas under Elite Havens.
