Zeus International expands portfolio with Eretria Hotel acquisition

Greece: Hotel group Zeus International has acquired Eretria Hotel & Spa Resort on the island of Evia, Greece, taking full ownership and management of the property. 

The resort, which has undergone full renovation, offers suites with private pools, wellness facilities, extensive outdoor spaces, and family-friendly amenities and several dining options.

The acquisition aligns with Zeus’ expansions plans in and outside of Greece. In 2023, the company invested 80 million euros in hotel acquisitions, renovations to units and the creation of water parks.

This addition brings Zeus International’s portfolio to more than 4,000 rooms across Greece, Italy, Romania, and Cyprus.
