UAE: Chedi Hospitality has appointed Milos Nedovic as its chief asset and investment officer, a newly-created role for the group.
Nedovic joins Chedi from RIKAS Hospitality Group where he held the role of chief financial officer.
Prior to this, he spent nearly a decade with Hyatt, working across properties in Azerbaijan, Dubai, Russia, Serbia, Uzbekistan, and more.
At Chedi, Nedovic will oversee capital allocation and revenue optimisation across the group’s properties, as well as source investment opportunities for partners. He will also drive the expansion of Chedi’s asset management services.
In addition, he will support the integration of emerging technologies with a focus on operational efficiency and guest experience.
