UAE: Private real estate developer DAMAC Properties is set to unveil the sixth and final tower of Chelsea Residences by DAMAC.
Developed in partnership with Chelsea Football Club, the waterfront project features a rooftop football pitch, a blue-sand beach inspired by Chelsea FC’s colours, a beach club, and an athlete training centre.
The first five towers of the development have sold out. DAMAC said that the launch of Chelsea Residences Tower C provides the “last opportunity to own an apartment within the world’s first football-branded residence”.
Tower C has a mix of units for sale, starting from 827 square-feet and including one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom residences. Prices start at USD $697,073.
