US: Rosewood Residences Beverly Hills will launch in 2024, marking the brand’s first standalone residential project.
Located in Santa Monica Boulevard, the project will comprise 17 luxury apartments developed by Nahla Capital and GPI Companies. It marks the first standalone residential condominium by Rosewood which is scheduled for completion in 2024.
Architecture and interiors will be overseen by Thomas Juul-Hansen. Key amenities include private elevators, kitchens with double islands, laundry room access, private swimming pools including one on the rooftop, wet bars and fire pits, a communal rooftop lounge and dining space, a whirlpool spa, and fitness centre.
The residences will be managed by a dedicated Rosewood team which will oversee all aspects of the luxury offerings.
