Spicers Retreats opens ninth Australian property

Australia: The Spicers Potts Point in Sydney is the ninth boutique hotel in the Spicers Retreats chain.

The property is located in three Victorian houses for the upgrades which have undergone AUS$20 million of restoration and renovation works.

Spicers Potts Point has 20 bedrooms and suites combining “antique Victorian style with the latest contemporary interior design accents”.

The delightful hotel will also feature a limited 32 oil paintings collection signed by Austalian artist Martine Emdur, as well as a courtyard garden and an indoor bar complementing the unique architecture of the building.

The hotel’s concept follows the Australian Spicers Retreats philosophy, that “luxury and relaxation leads to the total rejuvenation of both body and mind”.

The Spicers brand is owned by Flight Centre founder Graham Turner and his wife Jude.
