US: HRI Lodging have announced Michael Klein as general manager of The Eliza Jane Hotel in New Orleans.
A luxury boutique hotel in the Unbound Collection by Hyatt, The Eliza Jane is a historic property with 196 guest rooms, two food and beverage outlets, a fitness centre, garden courtyard, and more than 1,700 square-feet of multi-purpose event space.
Klein will bring over 20 years worth of experience to the role, most recently serving as director of operations at Holston House Nashville – another HRI Lodging property. Whilst here, he oversaw the hotel’s 191-rooms and food and beverage operations, and navigated the property through the pandemic and post-pandemic bounce back.
Preceding his position at Holston House, Klein was the opening director of food and beverage at the JW Marriott Nashville, and has held other leadership roles in cities including San Antonio and Austin.
HRI Lodging, owned by HRI Properties, is a hotel management company operating 27 hotels for HRI as well as third-party assets.
