US: The Kirkwood Collection has appointed managers in finance, marketing and revenue as the luxury hotel chain expands its portfolio.
Nick Galli joins the team as regional director of finance. He will be responsible for ensuring that the portfolio achieves institutional-grade controls, procedures, and reporting to meet USALI-11 compliance as Kirkwood prepares to launch its syndication platform integrating with private equity capital.
Prior to Kirkwood, Galli served as director of finance at the Ace Hotel in Palm Springs and previously worked at the St. Regis Aspen Resort.
Also within the finance department, Emma Rosenberg has been promoted from accounting to revenue manager, and Chaya Siwamoktham has recently joined from Thompson Hollywood Hotel.
Melissa Mortensen, previously at The Hoxton in downtown Los Angeles, has been appointed to the marketing team. Her experience includes brand development and community growth in the luxury hospitality sector.

Kirkwood Collection is a luxury hotel brand with six properties in its portfolio. Seven Gables Inn on Monterey Bay is the latest addition to the group, featuring 25 keys.
