UK: Talent and performance management platform Korero has appointed Phil Street as its business development director.
Joining Korero from Momentum Hospitality Recruitment and host of both the IoH and Hospitality Meets podcasts, Street brings approximately 20 years of experience in talent acquisition and a vast industry network to his new role.
Korero is a technology platform focused on the engagement and retention of employees. Founded in 2023 by Jo Harley, the platform supports with onboarding, feedback, succession planning and performance insights, and integrates with many management software companies such as Fourth, Harri, and more.
Some of the company’s clients include The Ned, Sutton Hotel Collection, Belmond, The Landmark London, Cheval Collection, among others.
