From the minute I spoke with Lord and Lady Northampton, I know that The Falcon was the right place for me. We want to make The Falcon a destination hotel not only for our guests to enjoy, but also a progressive and nurturing place to work and develop our people.”

Guests of The Falcon can take part in a series of activities including wild swimming, guided nature walks and horse riding. As part of the hotel’s wellbeing programme there’s also yoga classes, gong baths, meditation and massage.
