UK: Luxury boutique hotel The Newman, the first under management company Kinsfolk & Co, has named Oliver Milne-Watson as general manager.
Milne-Watson joins The Newman from Penshee where he held the role of direction of operations since 2020. Here, he supported London businesses including estates, hospitality groups and law firms.
Prior to Penshee, Milne-Watson spent five years at The Goring (Belgravia) before opening The Beaumont (Mayfair) where we held commercial and operational roles including hotel manager.
Located on Newman Street in London’s Fitzrovia, The Newman will offer 81 rooms and suites, a European brassier, cocktail bar, and a wellness floor. It is expected to open in winter 2024.

Kinsfolk & Co launched earlier this year led by CEO Paul Brackley. The company has three hotels under development including The Newman as well as a site in Westminster, London. The third hotel will be located in Valletta, Malta.
