US: Customer data platform Cendyn has partnered with restaurant platform OpenTable to allow hotel and resort restaurants link key guest profiles with dining and loyalty data.
The integration between Cendyn’s eInsight CRM and OpenTable provides a unified view of profiles on the OpenTable restaurant platform. It allows for personalised dining experiences and enables loyalty recognition across the guest journey.
Insights include dietary and dining preferences, loyalty status, and other details related to current or previous stays.
