Federico Ciampi

UK: Federico Ciampi has been appointed general manager of London’s 100 Queen’s Gate Hotel, Curio Collection by Hilton.

Ciampi joins the team from The Mayfair Townhouse and has over 10 years worth of experience in general manager roles. His background spans independent, boutique and luxury hotels and Ciampi has also worked in the Middle East.

Speaking about his appointment, Ciampi said: “I am so pleased to be joining 100 Queen’s Gate Hotel, to lead such a vibrant and enthusiastic team. Following a challenging period for hospitality, I’m thrilled to be working with such an esteemed hotel to uphold its outstanding reputation as the tourism industry begins to recover this year.

“I feel passionately about creating memorable experiences for guests to fall in love with and I feel so proud to be playing a pivotal role in leading the hotel, and its remarkable team, into the next chapter.”

Based in South Kensington, the hotel is owned and operated by Crimson Hotels. It features 228 rooms, a restaurant, tearoom and bar.

We’re very excited to see his cumulative experience come to life with us and bring a strong revival to the hotel after the disruption of the pandemic.”
