France: Leadership development firm Heyward Group has named Vivien Ivanyi as senior director, heading up the group’s Paris office.
Ivanyi joins Heyward from Accor, where she most recently served as brand director of Raffles Hotels & Resorts.
With a 20 year career across the hospitality, transportation, education, energy, fashion and technology sectors, she has helped to reposition and launch brands including Rove Hotels in Dubai and Holiday Inn in France, as well as develop commercial strategies for advertising agencies Proximity BBDO and TBWA.
Speaking about her appointment, Ivanyi said: “I am thrilled to be joining at this pivotal time for the hospitality and travel industry. There needs to be a massive reboot in terms of adapting to new customer demands and habits in tandem with the expectations of young talent. I am looking forward to working hand in hand with our clients delivering tailored solutions to address these new challenges.”
