UK: Palé Hall hotel in north Wales has named Oliver Richards as deputy general manager, supporting general manager Debbie Cappadona in her role.

Richards most recently served as general manager at Milsoms Kesgave Hall, a luxury boutique hotel in Suffolk where he spent seven years. 

Prior to this, Richards held similar roles at Fowey Hall with Von Essen Hotels Ltd, The George in Rye, Eastwell Manor, and The Lamb at Hindon with the Boisdale Group.

Speaking about his appointment, Richards said: “With its five AA Stars, three Rosettes and Green Star from Michelin, along with its overall grandeur and fascinating history, I was drawn to Palé Hall and I look forward to being an integral part of its exciting future.”

Cappadona added: “It’s fantastic to have Oliver on board as deputy to support me to lead the team at Palé Hall. He brings with him a wealth of experience in hospitality and Oliver shares our ethos and focus on guest satisfaction and attention to detail. It’s what makes Palé Hall so special, and Oliver understands this implicitly.”

Palé Hall Hotel comprises 18 luxury bedrooms plus four garden suites, which were recently unveiled in 2021. The property is dog-friendly and runs off a carbon-neutral source of electricity.
