US: Keith Oltchick has been appointed as senior vice president of acquisitions and development at Remington Hotels, growing the company’s third party management portfolio.
Oltchick brings over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry his role. He will be responsible for the growth and expansion of Remington Hotels’ third-party platform and supporting clients in acquisitions, management transitions and new build development efforts.
Beginning his career as a controller for Claris Services Corp, Oltchick has held a variety of senior leadership roles with brands including Hersha Hospitality Trust and Marriott International.
Most recently he served as senior vice president of business development at Pyramid Hotel Group, a privately owned full-service hotel and resort company. Here, Oltchick oversaw more than $15 billion of individual and portfolio investments for hospitality assets, development projects and debt restructurings.
