UK: Martin Horsley has been appointed executive head chef of Rockliffe Hall, overseeing the hotel’s three dining outlets.
Horsley will oversee the 3AA Rosette Orangery Restaurant, The Clubhouse, and new spa eatery Nu Sana. He will also lead the head chefs at each restaurant, providing direction and mentorship.
Joining from Sofitel London St. James where he was executive sous chef, Horsley brings over 30 years of restaurant experience to the role at Rockliffe. His career started at Gleneagles in Perth, Scotland, before moving to a number of five-star hotels in Europe.
In 1996 Horsley moved to Australia where he worked in senior positions at hotels including Sheraton Mirage Port Douglas, Le Meridian and Stamford Plaza, and Sofitel Mansion & Spa at Werribee Park.

Rockliffe Hall is an AA-rated five-star leisure resort set within 375 acres of grounds. It offers 61 rooms, suites and self-catering accommodation, 18 hole golf course, spa and spa garden, and three dining venues.
