UK: Rosewood Hotel Group has appointed Jarrod Tuck as vice president, customer relationship management in a push to expand its global reach.
The position that Tuck will undertake is a new role, created by Rosewood Hotel Group as a part of the marketing team to aid the company’s expansion and growing global presence. The Rosewood Hotel Group currently has a portfolio of 40 hotels in 19 countries with 30 new properties under development.
Tuck will be in charge of the CRM direction for three of Rosewood’s five brands: ultra-luxury Rosewood Hotels & Resorts, upper-upscale New World Hotels & Resorts, and lifestyle KHOS hotels.
In his new role, Tuck will “provide strategic leadership and daily oversight to the company’s CRM platform, customer profile data hygiene and orchestrated digital communication efforts.” He will work closely with the IT department, as well as the company’s various sales and marketing teams.
Tuck earned a Doctor of Philosophy from La Trobe University, Melbourne. He has prior experience working in customer technology and CRM, most recently serving as senior director, analytics, customer technology and CRM at Estée Lauder Companies. In this role, he oversaw a regional multi-brand customer lifestyle program, as well as led an APAC technology revamp. Additionally, he has similar experience working in customer experience, analytics, and more in industries including retail, automotive, and insurance.
