Europe: Josh Littman has been appointed the vice president of development for Europe at SH Hotels & Resorts.
Littman comes to the role with 20 years of experience spanning on-property sales and marketing to real estate development.
He will spearhead the 1 Hotels, Baccarat Hotels and Treehouse Hotels brand’s European expansion.
Most recently, Littman was head of luxury development in Europe for InterContinental Hotel Group, responsible for developing IHG’s luxury brands – InterContinental, Kimpton and Regent.
Prior to this, he spent six years as vice president of development for Hard Rock International’s Hotels and Casinos.
Commenting on his appointment, Littman said: “I am very excited to be joining the SH Hotels & Resorts development team, especially at this moment in the company’s history with our first hotels opening in Europe. They manage an exceptional group of brands and I look forward to expanding their footprint, leading the European development efforts and bringing such a remarkable brand to the European market.”
