US: Later this month, two hotels operated by AKA will join Marriott and Hilton soft brands, with Concord Hospitality assuming day-to-day management for both properties.
Hotel AKA Alexandria is transitioning to Marriott’s Autograph Collection on June 17, and on June 23 Hotel AKA Washington Circle will join Hilton’s Tapestry Collection.
Architect Piero Lissoni originally designed the 180-room Hotel AKA Alexandria, marking his first US hotel project. It opened in 2023.

These properties reflect our commitment to thoughtful design, residential-style living and personalised service that resonates with today’s traveller. As we continue expanding the AKA brand, we remain focused on growing in key gateway markets, including South Florida, where we see strong opportunity for the type of offerings AKA is known for.”
