North America/EMEA: Hospitality management company Aimbridge has appointed Tiffany Cooper and Niall Kelly to its global leadership development team.
Cooper joins Aimbridge as chief development officer – Americas and Caribbean, bringing nearly 30 years of sales, marketing, operations, and development experience to the role.
She most recently serviced as head of development, North America and Caribbean for Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants. Prior to this, she also worked with Starwood Hotels & Resorts and following the group’s merger with Marriott, supported the expansion of Marriott’s full service and luxury hotel footprint.
Kelly has been appointed head of development – EMEA for Aimbridge. He brings more than 25 years of experience to the position having led more than 220 hotel transactions.
Most recently, Kelly served as a development consultant to Marriott. Prior to consulting, he held a VP development role for Starwood Hotels & Resorts where he introduced brands such as W, Aloft and Element into Europe.
Cooper and Kelly will report to chief global growth officer, Allison Reid. Aimbridge Hospitality oversees a portfolio of more than 1,500 properties in 20 countries.
