USA: Jason Reader has been appointed senior vice president of operations for Remington Hotels.
Reader will oversee the eastern half of the US for Remington Hotels, a third-party management company. Reader will work closely with Stan Kennedy, the group’s chief operating officer.
Prior to joining Remington Hotels, Reader spent 15 years at Pyramid Hotel Group. Here, he spent four years as senior vice president of operations, as well as holding various other leadership roles. Following that, he was the chief operating officer at Magna Hospitality.

Reader attended Trinity University and earned his pilot’s license at Emery Aviation College.
Remington Hotels was founded in 1968. It manages 81 hotels in 24 states across 17 brands, including 12 independent properties.
The company has recently announced several appointments to the team, including the new position of chief commercial officer as well as a senior vice president of acquisitions and development.
