India: Customer engagement and loyalty platform Cendyn has named Subhobroto Biswas as the managing director and general manager for India.
Biswas joins Cendyn from ROYB, a start-up for corporate online reputation which he founded. Biswas has also held leadership roles at Open Solutions, Fiserv and ADP across multiple geographies.
Speaking about his appointment, Biswas said: “I am excited to join the team in India and build on the incredible talent already in place. Cendyn has ambitious plans for expansion in Asia which will further support Cendyn customers in India, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific regions.”

Cendyn is a customer data technology platform which aligns revenue, eCommerce, distribution, marketing, and sales teams with data, applications, and analytics. The company operates across the US, UK, Germany, Singapore, Bangkok and India.
Earlier this year, Cendyn launched its Hospitality Cloud along with the first applications – a website content management system and Starling customer data platform. The integration between the two tools allows hoteliers to drive direct bookings by serving personalised content, offers, and imagery to their website visitors.
